The CTGlab has several positions for postdocs to work in developing and improving interpretation of GWAS findings in biological context. One position is more focused on bioinformatics and requires programming skills and knowledge about eQTL, scRNA, and/or HiC datasets, the second position is more statistically oriented and requires knowledge on statistical genetics. The CTG team at VU Amsterdam is led by Danielle Posthuma and positions are funded by an EU – ERC Advanced grant. Positions are open until filled and applications are continuously evaluated.
