Poster Presentations:

Because a full sized poster would not render well on all devices, posters consist of a short series of slides with a pre-recorded commentary. You may view posters at any time. You are encouraged to attend one of the breakout rooms during the poster session to speak with the presenters.

  • Once you enter the zoom link for the poster session, you will be prompted to join a breakout room and then can chose which one to join. To go to another room just click the ‘leave breakout room’ button and then chose another room from the list.
  • You are also encouraged to email the author to engage in further discussion via the provided links.

The “view” links will bring you to a password protected page and will be viewable after entering the password provided to you via email.

  • The first time you click a “view” link, if you are not already logged in, the link will take you to the top of the page (in a new tab). You can scroll down, or navigate back to your online program tab and re-click the view link you’re interested in.
  • The “View” buttons will take you immediately to that poster after you are logged in to the poster session page.
  • Click anywhere on a video to play. If you wish to view the presentation in full screen, click the icon of four arrows pointing outward in the lower right. Press escape to return to the poster page and continue scrolling through the other poster presentations.

The poster page may take a moment to load. However, if you experience connectivity issues in viewing the poster page, a vimeo showcase is available, without links to email addresses. The same password is required.
