2023 BGA Meeting Abstract submission now open
The 2023 BGA Annual Meeting will be held in Murcia, Spain from Wednesday June 21 – Saturday June 24. The local hosts for this meeting are Juan Ordoñana Martín & Jose Morosoli Garcia
The abstract submission and registration is now open. This year we are using the ‘Oxford Abstract’ submission system. To submit an abstract go to https://app.oxfordabstracts.com/stages/4982/submitter
Abstracts are invited for Oral, Poster or Symposium presentations. The deadline for abstract submissions is 11:59pm Central European Standard time on Wednesday 15th of March.
You can submit, as presenting author:
-1 abstract for consideration as an oral presentation, or
-1 abstract for consideration as an oral presentation + 1 abstract for consideration as an poster presentation, or
-1 abstract for consideration as an oral presentation + 1 abstract as a presenter/chair/discussant in a symposium, or
-up to 2 abstracts for consideration as poster presentations
-1 abstract for consideration as an oral presentation + 1 abstract for consideration as an poster presentation, or
-1 abstract for consideration as an oral presentation + 1 abstract as a presenter/chair/discussant in a symposium, or
-up to 2 abstracts for consideration as poster presentations
There is no limit to the number of presentations you can be a co-author/non-presenting author on.
Instructions for symposium submissions:
-If you wish to submit a symposium email BehaviorGeneticsAssociation@gmail.com and let us know 1) the title of the symposium 2) the speakers and the order in which they are speaking. We will then add your symposium to the list of submission options.
-All symposia must have 4 speakers + a chair or discussant. One of the speakers may act as chair or discussant.
-The speakers can not all come from the same group
-When forming a symposium you are strongly advised to consider the diversity of speakers with regard to gender, ethnicity, seniority and location.
