Call for nominations for the Dobzhansky award
We invite the membership to submit nominations for the 2026 BGA’s Dobzhansky award. The recipient of the Dobzhansky award, the BGA’s lifetime achievement award, is selected by the three most recent Past Presidents of the BGA and presented to the Executive Committee.
Please nominate individuals who have conducted scientifically groundbreaking work in the field of behavioral genetics and have served as an ambassador to the field and our organization, especially through service to BGA. In addition to being a "BGA citizen", additional considerations include years from terminal degree (at least 30 years) and not currently serving on the BGA Executive Committee. Nominees will be considered based on these criteria as well as others that may be relevant, depending in part on area of research, such as citations, mentees, publications, presentations, etc.
